Infinix Note 7 – What a week it has been? Earlier this week we saw a new Tecno product got launched, wrapping up the week we get the chance to witness another Infinix’s beauty.

Infinix has graced us with quite a lot of their smartphones, who would have thought we’d be seeing another one this year? This is the first smartphone Infinix has graced us with this year, prior to Infinix Hot 8 and Infinix S5 which were released in September and October 2019 respectively.

This smartphone comes in two editions, Regular Infinix Note 7 and Infinix Note 7 lite. Infinix Note 7 editions were announced on the 6th of April 2020 and released on the 16th of May 2020.

Infinix Note 7 Specs

Display: It has a 91.5% screen to body ratio and a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels on a 173.4 x 79.0 x 8.8 mm sized body.

It also has a corning gorilla glass protection on its IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen.

Processors: Android 10, XOS 6.0. An Octa-core CPU, a Mediatek Helio G70 chipset and Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU.

Main: This is one of the greatly focused qualities of this smartphone. It features a Quad camera system; 48 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/2.0”, 0.8 m, PDAF- 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro)- 2 MP, f/2.4, (depth)- 2MP, f/1.8.

Selfie: 16 MP, f/2.0, 26mm (wide), 1/3”, 1.0 m

Sensors: Face Unlock, side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, gyroscope and compass.

Battery: 18W Fast charging built in 5000 mAh.

SIM: support dual Nano SIM types.

It also has a dual speaker system, supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G, FM Radio and weighs 206 grams. The regular Infinix Note 7 supports external memory options of up to 2 TB.

It comes in Forest green, Aether black, and Bolivia blue colors.

Infinix Note 7 Lite

Display: it has a 90.5% screen to body ratio and a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels on a 165.4 x 76.8 x 8.8 mm sized body. It also possesses an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen.

Processors: : Android 10, XOS 6.0. An Octa-core CPU, a Mediatek Helio G70 chipset and Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU.

Camera

It weighs 185 grams and comes in Forest green, Violet and Space gray colors.

Although Infinix Note 7 lite does not have a dual speaker system, it supports all connection as the regular Infinix Note 7. It also supports Qual-LED flash, panorama and HDR features on its main camera as the regular Infinix note 7 does.

Prices

The Infinix note 7 (4GB + 64 GB) and (4 GB + 128 GB) price is estimated at $200 while the (6 GB + 128 GB) price is estimated at $230. Infinix Note 7 lite is priced around $175.

The prices seem affordable for smartphones its qualities and specifications although people’s review has been against the prices. It might seem the prices are a little bit high.

Conclusion and Comparison

In conclusion, i think it’s better to go for the Infinix Note 7 because while it might be more costly, it comes with more features. From the battery to its RAM and ROM capacity or its camera qualities, everything about the regular Infinix Note 7 is great. Although, it still depends greatly on your budget and what you want.
